Saturday night we went to the Ogden Rodeo.
It's indoor, so we didn't have to worry about the weather.
Mike and Gregor and Joy came too.
I let Saxon wear his flip-flops
(what was I thinking!)
and he even has cool cowboy boots!
Next time we'll be more prepared.
Next time, we're letting him do the chicken chase and mutton busting.
He could definitely stay on a sheep for 8 seconds.
He just needs to practice once or twice first.
Does anyone have any sheep we could use?

Bridger was more interested in flirting with everyone around us than the rodeo itself :)
Too bad that was the last one or we'd go again.

Wow - Gregor looks JUST like your Dad! Ugh I am going to think twice about going on a trip without Emmett again. We got him back from Jake's parents on Sunday with a beginning ear infection and he has been super clingy ever since! We had fun on our trip but I am never leaving him again I don't think! Plus, it is so fun having them along for the fun!
Maybe you should convince Mike and Jeff to get sheep. They already have a petting zoo. Whats a few more? Then you could just borrow them and let saxon ride them up and down the streets of pemberly. That would be awesome.

really, you were like 10 minutes from my house! we should have gone with you :) we love the rodeo- we (ogden) does a HUGE one that is outdoor in July. i think this year it goes from july 20 -24. anyway, it is amazingly fun. last year jared was in AWE the entire time watching those cool cowboys. so, what did your homeopath person give him? i took jared to one for a while that gave him these drops, but i didn't feel like it did anything to help him. he is allergic to EVERYTHING!! lemme know!
how fun! You guys do so many fun things.. congrats on 4 years, time does fly. Our 4 year anniversary is in August. Crazy. I love your coat in the family picture. very cute!
