Cute Boys in Cute Hats

The boys all got these cute hats for Christmas, and they decided to try them out in the freezing weather:
Dalton in his little owl from Grammie...
Bridger the Monster...
Saxon the Robot who wouldn't take off his bike helmet.  Too bad because he looks SO CUTE in his hat!

Baby Jordan

Mike got Dalton this Baby Jordan outfit for Christmas, and I thought he looked so cute in it, that he deserved his own post.  Check out his cute smiles...he obviously thought he was hot stuff too!

Christmas Day

We had so much fun on Christmas!
The kids were SO EXCITED!
We got way too much stuff considering that the Bridger would have been satisfied with the splatting pig from Uncle Gregor and Aunt Joy.
Saxon got a new sled from Santa...
And Bridger got a guitar...

Grammie sent Saxon a PSP!  He's not really sure how to work it yet, but he sure loves owning it!  It's just like Uncle Kasen's!
Dalton gave the boys these cool new beanies...
Bridger loved finding candy canes on the tree, and Saxon had to try on his new dragon costume right away...
Bridger opening his keyboard from Grammie, and Saxon giving Bridger loves after opening the Harry Potter legos that Bridger got him...
Grammie also got the kids a bake set so they can help me in the kitchen :)
Baby Dalton had no idea what was happening, but he looked pretty cute in his Christmas jammies until he pooped in them...

My Dad gave the other boys these cool belt buckles during rodeo season, and for Christmas, he made one for Dalton to match...
Bridger helping Daddy open his presents, and then trying out his "Dudley" from Pops...
Saxon changed from his jammies, to his dragon costume, to his new Buzz Lightyear jammies.  The Toy Story jammies were supposed to be for Christmas Eve, but both boys fell asleep in the car on the way back from Brittany's, so they just opened them Christmas morning.
The GIGANTIC present that they are standing next to is from Mike.  Mike made all of their Christmas wishes come true by getting them everything that I had said "no" to :)  He got them this robotic, walking, talking, Bigfoot Monster.  When you push the button on his remote control, he throws tantrums.  Yep.  I've really enjoyed that.  One more tantrumer around the house.  My boys thinks its the best.  They screamed when they opened it.  He also got them a really awesome race track!   They play on it all day long!
Bridger looking cool on the new sled...
I can't believe how much my kids got for Christmas!
They were in heaven!!!
They wanted to play with each thing after opening it, so it took 2 hours before all of the presents were opened.  I almost had a heart attack when I looked at how many presents they had.  I felt guilty that I had obviously over done it.  Then as I was looking at the names, I realized that most of it was from my parents and grandparents and siblings, Nate's parents, and the biggest presents ever, from Mike.  So, thank you so much to everyone who made Christmas so amazing!  Saxon's primary teacher asked him what he got for Christmas and he said "Bigfoot and everything.  I got everything I wanted.  Lots and lots!"  He was so excited!  My kids really had the best Christmas ever!  We hope everyone else had as much fun as we did and also had the best Christmas EVER!

Christmas Treats

I love baking and exchanging treats with neighbors at Christmas time.  One of our neighbors brought us over these chocolate mice.  The kids thought it was the coolest thing they had ever seen!

'Twas the Night Before Christmas

It's the night before Christmas and this is what we are up to:

- Dinner at Brittany and Johnse's where the kids got to wear themselves out running around.  Gregor and Joy came too.  They also came to our house to open presents since we won't see them tomorrow.  Brittany will send me more pictures.  She got some good ones!
 - Throwing out some reindeer food so that Rudolph will know where to land...
- Reminding the kids about the real reason we celebrate Christmas...
- Tracking Santa online.  He's in Brazil while I'm writing this and working his way up to us...

Christmas Parties

This year we had quite a few Christmas Parties to go to, but unfortunately, I only got pictures of one...This season has gotten away from me.  It has gone SO FAST.  I feel like I have lists of things to get done everyday.  It's been fun though!

Sunday, December 19, 2010 -
We had Mike over to dinner and we wanted to make a Christmas dinner for him since he won't be around on Christmas.  We had ham and twice baked potatoes and Nutella cheesecake for dessert.  We gave Mike his Christmas present and had fun hanging out.  Jeff and Megan stopped by later and that was a fun bonus.

Monday, December 20, 2010 -
We drove up to Midway to have dinner with Jared and Janalee and the kids.  Last year they came over on Christmas Eve and we did dinner and a Christmas program and made Gingerbread cookies.  Since they are going to Fallon this year, we decided to get together earlier.  Janalee made dinner and I finally got to see their new house.  The kids LOVED playing with their cousins.  Saxon talks about his cousins often enough that Bridger refers to them as "Saxon's cousins".

Tuesday, December 21, 2010 -
We had our annual Christmas Party with the Prices' and the Williams'.  Holly is in town and I was so excited because I've missed her.  Saxon was thrilled to see Bryn.  Right when I walked in, Bryn says "Hi KK, you look pretty tonight!"  She's awesome :)  Andi was nice enough to host it at her house because she is the only one of us with a house :)

Here are some pictures from the party...

Bridger, Cohen, Kenna, and Bryn sat at the little table...
Saxon and Caden got to be big boys at the grown-ups table...

All the kids opening their gifts...
Saxon got a slap bracelet, gummy bugs, and a McDonalds gift card.  Andi gave him 4 "Bakugans Battle Brawlers."  She said it's time my kids got into Bakugan.  I had no idea what they were, but they've been a big hit.  Saxon even sleeps with his to make sure no one else touches them.
Bridger got the same things as Saxon and devoured all of his gummy bugs right away.  He also loves his Bakugan.  In fact, he takes it everywhere and I have to keep taking it away from him in stores so that no once thinks we stole it.
Wednesday, December 22, 2010 -
Nate had to work so Mike took us to Olive Garden and to Thanksgiving Point to see the lights.  Olive Garden was SO LOUD.  My kids were covering their ears and asking to go home.  Some guy proposed to the girl sitting next to him and the whole restaurant was cheering.  After we left, Saxon complained the whole way to Thanksgiving Point that he just wanted to go home.  After we saw the lights, he complained the whole way home that he wanted to do it again :)

Santa Baby

I could just eat up my little Santa Baby...

"Baby Gregor" (as Uncle Gregor likes to call him), is wearing the shirt that Uncle Gregor got for Baby Saxon on his first Christmas.  Bridger wore it 2 years ago also.  Obviously Baby Gregor has also inherited Uncle Gregor's good looks as well :)
