Easter

EASTER:
The kids had so much fun on Easter. Saxon woke up early to see if the Easter Bunny had come and then came running to get me because the Easter Bunny DID come! So, of course we had to wake up Bridger early too. Luckily it was conference so we didn't have to rush off to church. Unfortunately, Nate had to work, so he couldn't be there with us.

The kids were so excited about their baskets. Bubby wouldn't let anyone touch his. He wouldn't even go look for eggs because he didn't want to let go of his basket.

So...Saxon found all of the eggs :)

Bubby trying on a bike helmet and helping himself to all of the Cadbury eggs:

Mike came over when he woke up, and Jeff came over when he remembered that we had food. Later I made a Lemon Coconut Angel Food Cake:
After Nate got home, we went up to Aunt Clair's to celebrate Grandma and Grandpa Sonnenberg's birthdays. They both have April birthdays. The kids loved it because they got to play with "cousins" all day and Aunt Clair has a lot of sports stuff for them to get into. Growing up, we got together with all of our cousins on every holiday. I'm sad that my kids don't have that, so it was fun to see everyone on Easter and let the kids play.
We had such a fun day and hope everyone else did too!

How fun are you?! WAY more fun than I am. And I just realized that I don't think your kids look alike at all. Have other said that? Either way, they're both so, so cute! And hello Martha Stewart. Nice work on that cake!!!

Your Grandpa Roy and I also miss not 'growing up' with your boys. We are looking forward to seeing all of you this summer. I am sure we will be making a few trips to Utah in July and August. 'Sweet girl,' we hope the new baby is treating you well. We are still thinking PINK! With Love to you and all of the fabulous men in your life!!
