Dalton baby

We went to Grandma and Grandpa Sonnenberg's house last week and the only picture we got was of Dalton strutting around in Wrigley and Morley's headband.

Hee Haw Farms - Bridger

For Bridger's "Field Trip Friday" we did the letter "F" and went to Hee Haw Farms.
Nate had the day off, so he could come too :)
Bridger had a blast!
He went down the giant slide:

Petted the pigs:
And the goats:
Even Dalton got to check everything out:
We went on a hayride through the sunflower fields...
and Dalton enjoyed my died coke.

Both kids even got to pick a pumpkin! :)

When it was time to go and go pick up Saxon, Bridger was so sad.
He kept saying "But I didn't even get to do..."
and then he would tell me about something that he missed out on.
One of the things was taking pictures with this pig driving a red truck.
So, we went back and took a picture.

Then he cried because "I didn't even get to swing on that big wood swing..."
So we sat and swung for a minute while Nate pulled the car around.
My cute guy could have spent all day there.
Lucky for him, the radio was offering discount tickets to cornbellys and so we went that night :)  So fun!
(Bridger on the giant pumpkin...yes...it's real...)

Stuck

Baby cakes here is a master escape artist.
As soon as he is done, he stands up and starts trying to climb out.
The other day, he just sat there whining when he was done.
I was ignoring him because I was finishing something, but I thought it was weird that he was complaining so much.
When I went over to get him out, I couldn't lift him.
He had gotten one leg stuck in each side of the high chair.

My poor cute guy looks like such a little orphan in these pictures.
I usually take better care of him :)

Provo Canyon

On Friday night, we met Jared and Janalee and the kids at the Bridal Veil Falls Park in Provo Canyon.  They kids love it there because of the bike path and falls.
Uncle Jared even took them on a huge hike up to the falls...in the dark.
They love going on adventures with Uncle Jared!

Dalton felt like he should get to ride the scooter :)
And Saxon pouting.  I can't remember why.

Bridger getting ready for the prayer.
A cute Bridger story:

The other night, he sneaked into our bed.  I snuggled him for a minute and talked to him.  He's so funny to talk to that I love getting one on one time with him.  As he snuggled in, he giggled and said "I'm a mommy's boy."  Then he started smelling my face and giggled again.  "What?"  I asked.  Giggle..."you smell like flowers."  Ohhh...I love this kid!  He is so cute!

Scales and Tails - Birds

Last week, Saxon teacher invited us to the Scales and Tails Bird Show.
It was really cool!

Even Dalton got to participate!

The birds were really amazing...

They were also really loud...can you see Bridger covering his ears :) LOL.

The boys love telling everyone that their favorite was the "scarlet macaw".
They've seen a scarlet macaw on Diego so they were thrilled to see one in real life.

Such a fun experience!
We're so glad we went...

Soccer Game #8

Saxon and Bridger had their last soccer game on Saturday.
Saxon's friends played the game before us and Saxon saw that they got medals.
He thought that he would only get a medal if he played hard.
So...he played the hardest he ever has!
He almost scored several times, but he would get nervous when he got really close and stop instead of kicking it in.

Below:  Bridger got to kick the ball...
He was very excited!
After the game, the boys got medals and doughnuts.

Saxon thought the medal was the coolest thing ever!

Bridger thought the doughnut was the coolest thing ever.

Brothers.

I'm sad it's over.
It was such a fun season.
I can't wait for them to play next year! :)
