This year for school Saxon is doing a Portuguese Immersion program.
He had to go to school for 1 week in the summer for a Start Talk Camp.
It was amazing!
They learned songs in Portuguese, they learned the Samba from a professional ballroom dance teacher from Brazil, they had professors from BYU, representatives from the state, several teachers, etc. They made carnival masks and sang songs from the movie Rio. At the end, each kid got a copy of the movie Rio in Portuguese.

Saxon knew all the songs, but would only sing the ones he liked :)
They also learned capoeira and Saxon was able to demonstrate.
He loved doing it and he LOVED being in the spotlight!
All the brothers came to cheer him on ;)
We can't wait for everything he is going to learn this school year!

You DORKS!!! LMFAO Portuguese don't circumcise. Not in Portugal. So that means Portuguese-Americans & Portuguese-Canadians leave their boys INTACT (uncircumcised/uncut).
